In today’s fast-paced and often stressful corporate, start-up or non-profit environment,
integrating movement and playfulness into leadership can profoundly impact effectiveness, creativity, and well-being.
As day-to-day landscape evolves, embracing movement and joy for effective leadership is a game changer.
Inspired by circus arts, I use props such as hula-hoops or juggling silks to bring fun, playfulness and stricking learnings.
The benefits are backed by diverse experience and research, indicating not only
personal growth for leaders but also significant organizational improvements.
By recognizing the value of movement, leaders can cultivate a more dynamic, resilient, and innovative workplace
— one where both individuals and teams thrive.

FOR GROUPS & INDIVIDUALS
Hello, I am Catherine, an intuitive and enthusiastic leader, bringing various business & non-profit experience, and helping others feel balanced and fulfilled in a leadership role.
I have been working in corporate consulting for 20 years, giving a deep understanding of leadership challenges. I’ve also successfully built an NGO from the ground up, led retreats and developed creative projects, showing ability to inspire action and drive transformation.
Lately, my 4-year handstand & circus art journey proved my ability to commit, show intuitive discipline, playfulness, and resilience — qualities every leader needs. This practice also proved I could be more focused, efficient, compassionate, inspiring and balanced, offering something truly unique that blends the physical and the mental.
Thus, I am not just teaching leadership and movement, I am living it, and my approach emphasizes small, consistent actions that lead to big transformations.
Examples of various leadership situations:
20 years in corporate consulting, managing projects, clients, people
20 years NGO with +30 volunteers/year, projects in 20 countries, fundraising
Led Mathematic students organization, +400 students
Directed short movies, +15 team members, from actors to logistics
Created & leads worldwide movement of creative and intimate women circles
Created & leads a circus retreat involving classes & performances
N, Corporate Executive:
A parenthesis that allowed me to step back, to look at myself from another angle, to be in the optimistic observation rather than in a Stakhanovist movement.
V, Art Project Manager:
The sessions with Cath have been incredibly helpful for me to gain perspective and be more committed to my goals without losing my excitement because they start to seem intimidating, she has helped me very much understand the power of prioritising and organizing your time, that everything is reachable and it is a matter of how you divide and use your time. My attitude and approach towards them has changed a lot since and she helped me a lot to gain clearance and confidence.
The energy of Cath is inspiring, motivating and also fun! I have never met someone that had such an approach and it has totally helped me change the way I approach my dreams and projects.
I absolutely recommend the “Moving Leader”.
